As a technical service provider, Freedom from Hunger specializes in an array of services for local implementing organizations—including microfinance institutions, non-governmental organizations, technical service providers, training institutions and networks—seeking to improve the health and financial security of the poor.

• support sustainable client behavior-change in the form of knowledge, skills, norms, improved economic well-being and family food security; and
• build the institutional capacity of our partners to design, adapt and deliver high-impact, low-cost services to the poor.

Freedom from Hunger is known for designing integrated microfinance and non-financial services, such as Credit with Education, as well as for its rigorous attention to assessment and impact evaluation.  Our services range from assisting microfinance institutions to develop innovative, sustainable delivery models for integrated services, to training self-help group promoting institutions in principles and practices of adult learning, to collaborating with non-governmental organizations to support the purchase and use of critical health products such as insecticide-treated bednets.  Specifically, our client-focused services include Microfinance Product Design, Health Protection Product Design and Lifeskills Training.  Our capacity-building services include Scalable Delivery Models, Planning and Analysis, Support Systems, Management and Governance, Adult Learning and Curriculum Design and Monitoring and Evaluation, among others.  To learn more about these services, follow the links.
